This one is going to take the place of your (4.00 / 4)
sort of weekly friday night happy story. Cuz I think it's funny, if not happy. It's happy that Bush is no longer in office. BTW - I can't vouch for the truthfulness of this post - it came as an email forward - but it's still FUNNY!

Bwahahahahahahahaha (4.00 / 5)

Oh my fucking god, these are hilarious.

Not quite as good as naming a sewage plant (4.00 / 5)
after the man, but still...

I think the winner would have to be Heckuva Job, Brownie, but if I had to suggest one to add to the list, all I could think up was Mission Accomplished Fig (mission fig flavor). That said, I wouldn't eat it. I've had fig ice cream and it's not for me.

Mine are below, (4.00 / 3)
but if we were to do other bush-figures, how 'bout

Harriet Miers Lemon.

Condi Rice Pudding

Rumsfeld caramel

and (drum roll, please)

Lick Cheney (a bright red popsicle).

For an uncore:

Peppermint Majority.

Ooh those are good! (4.00 / 3)
For that matter what about:
Rumsfeld Truffle or Rumsfeld Raisin.

They have a dirty word in the title but I'd still eat them.

Gotta go with (4.00 / 4)
Nut'n Accomplished:

It is gorgeous in its brevity.

The most remarkable thing about my mother is that for thirty years she served the family nothing but leftovers. The original meal has never been found. -- Calvin Trillin

I'm having trouble just picking one... (4.00 / 3)
They're all so great!

If I gotta go with one though, I'll go with -

Good Riddance You Lousy Motherfucker... Swirl

I think it sends the right message.

Yeah, I appreciate the sentiment there... (4.00 / 4)
but I can almost taste the Nut'n Accomplished.  (Does it include macademia nuts?  That would be awesome.)

something only republicants could love....
i know brazil-ion nuts!! with almond bark, salmonella infected peanut butter and frikking mercury laden high fructose corn syrup swirls.

Nut'n Acornplished

come firefly-dreaming with me....

[ Parent ]
Well, I'm all in favor (4.00 / 4)
of feeding high-fructose corn syrup laced with Mercury) to any and all GOPers.  After all, they should have to eat what they preach.

I came up with another idea. (4.00 / 3)
How about: War is Peace. Freedom is Slavery. Chocolate is Vanilla.

On a sadder note... (4.00 / 4)
as you are aware, Ria, I now work in a convenience store.

You would not believe how many under-25s are just HUGE.  I mean, morbidly obese. MORBIDLY OBESE.  I feel filthy...like an enabler...but I need this job.  It's not like there are any OTHER jobs out there.

oy gevalt, this is NOT GOOD.  It depresses me...I am not working for the good of the nation, I am merely further enriching an evil corporate culture whom deserves no respect from me or anyone else, and which culture I wish would die a horrible death, except...I need this job.

Off topic, I love your sig (4.00 / 2)
I was just talking about Molly Ivins to a friend. My cat is named after her because she (my cat Molly) is from Texas so I named her for my favorite Texan.
