| I love cabbage. It's cheap,healthy and lasts a long time in fridge :)
Mexican cabbage salad
a few cups of shredded or thinly sliced cabbage. I used purple buy you can use the other kind
juice of 2 limes
little evoo or other oil
fresh coriander I used a big handful chopped
shredded carrots
cucumber shredded
Mix everything and marinate Add salt to taste
It's better the next day |
