I love the Reading Terminal Market; had a girlfriend down in Camden a couple years ago - I used to take NJTransit down to Trenton on Saturday mornings, then ride the RiverLine light rail down to Camden (beautiful views along that route!) and then we'd take PATCO into the city from Camden in the afternoon, get off at 8th and walk a few blocks over to the market first thing as soon as we got into the city.  Or when I'd go into Philly alone, I'd arrive in the city right across the way from the market via SEPTA at the Market East station.  A visit to the Reading Teminal Market was an excellent antidote after passing near / through that hideous mall built down in the train station itself...

It would be cool if they had longer hours (especially on Saturdays), but still a great place nonetheless.

Wrote a bit about these places here before, and I'd love to see something like this (or Pike Place Market) here in Portland.  Like every other good-sized city in America, we had a couple at various times...but unfortunately the last one shut down over 70 years ago.

My math is usually off on Saturday mornings, and especially now since Saturdays are no longer a work day and a large portion of my brain is instead dedicated to college football scores...
