Garden Progress Slide Show

I'd like to share with you our little garden's progress. I've been creating slide shows showing each plant's growth, mostly for my own reference. It's fascinating watching each plant develop, but when looking at a tiny little plant, it's impossible not to wonder how and when it is going to get big enough to eat. See a few of my slide shows below. They are not finished yet (as the plants are not mature yet) so this is just a preview of more to come.

Carrots are looking good!

Have you started your tomatoes yet? (4.00 / 3)
I don't imagine it's too cold in San Diego to start them. I'm from the central valley, and I started my tomatoes from seed about a month ago. I started them in the window sill and moved them outside yesterday.

I do all of my starts outdoors (4.00 / 1)
do to cats with curious paws that would mess them up indoors. I just started them outside. Nothing to look at yet though.

Cover the trays or pots with window screen or other substantial mesh?

but the weather here is such that I don't mind doing all of my planting outside.
