Interesting day... (4.00 / 3)

I forgot that today was the day the property management company was coming to do the annual property inspection; basically just to make sure that I'm not housing a gang of animals (like chickens! heh...) and that the smoke detector still works, etc...

They had sent a notice a couple weeks ago, and in the back of my mind I kinda knew they were coming; but it wasn't on the top of my mind I guess.

Scared the shit out of me late this afternoon when they just opened the door (with their keys) and walked into the damned apartment!  No knock!  They're probably lucky I didn't have a hot beverage or a baseball bat nearby, lol...

I don't know when it'll be but soon I hope to put up a diary recounting my latest escapades with Teh Sour. With pictures. (It'll more or less be the diary I was working on last Saturday when I got the news about my friend John, except i'm going to revise the ending.)

I need to rewrite it because I deleted what I'd done on Saturday, not realizing I could save the draft. That, and I have to resize the pictures so they don't crash people's browsers. But the pictures are at home, and I'm over here at work, slaving away for The Man.
