I'm joining the blog reader project survey to figure out what the demographics are of readers of this blog. Hopefully it will help us become a better site. The survey asks why you read blogs, which information sources you value, and which web tools you use. So, if you've got a few minutes, please take my Blog Reader Project survey. Thanks!

I read your blog more than I comment.

survey completed (4.00 / 5)

come firefly-dreaming with me....

it wouldn't let me skip (4.00 / 6)
certain questions.  I don't always like giving bio/demo info.  Nonetheless, survey completed.  :)

Well that was interesting! (4.00 / 7)
I'm obviously a whole lot more of a curmudgeon than I knew!  And damn proud of it!

That was a lot of questions. (4.00 / 6)
But worth it.

Hey is there a prize? Because I didn't put my email address in.

No prize (4.00 / 5)
but I have something special for you anyway. A local food wheel for NYC that tells what is seasonal when. But you gotta come to CA to get it :)

I did it (4.00 / 4)
everything except the e-mail. Hope that wasn't necessary.

That's what... (4.00 / 3)
a blog-only email is for!  I think I have like six of those, in addition to my real one.  Heh...

And I am... (4.00 / 4)
Lucky Number 7!

What do I win?!

Ooooh! (4.00 / 4)
For the first time in my life, I can answer one of those questions "some college"!

"College graduate" will be next!

:)

that's how i always felt about the salary question (4.00 / 4)
while the numbers were going up. Then they went down.

Ouch, yeah... (4.00 / 2)
Same here of course.

I didn't have any idea what to put in that box, I just guesstimated what I'd have by the end of the year assuming things pick up soon.  The summer job I already got hired for starts in a few weeks so I'll have a couple dollars again soon from that, and I qualify for work / study through school in only 3 more weeks.  So hopefully by the end of next month I'll actually be working something close to 40 hours a week again.

Maybe I'll be able to afford to actually do some things this summer!  Heh...

Whew! (4.00 / 1)
That was some survey. They asked some pretty bizarre questions (tattoos and piercings?)

Speaking of which, I have both ears pierced twice.  Does that count as 4 piercings? Inquiring minds want to know!

Probably... :) (4.00 / 1)
I was able to answer that question with zero on both counts.  Or (I think it was) "n/a", to be precise.  An odd choice, since I do have ears (even if they don't work too great).  The question is applicable, even if the answer is zero.  Heh...

Yeah, some questions were definitely "out there".

That's pretty funny (4.00 / 1)
because saying I have 4 piercings makes me sound way hipper than I am.  :)
